What is the return policy if I have received a wrong product?

What is the Payment Mode for Refund?

It would remain the same as paid by you to Yes no while placing an order. If you paid online, then the amount will be refund directly to the account, if you paid by Cash of Delivery option then it would be refunded to you via Demand Draft which will be sent to your address as mentioned while returning the product. Also if an user wants to add up the same amount in their yesno wallet, user can fill up a request for the same and can use the amount in future to purchase the product

Please pack the product back in its packing and mention the following details

Complaint ID: (As provided by the customer care) for the Return
Order #: Number generated at the time of order Placement.
Reason for Return: Please mentioned the reason for your return

 

How will I know that my order is cancelled?

 You shall receive an automated e-mail once the order is cancelled. You can also check the Cancellation status by visiting "My order" segment under "My account" section. Usually, it takes up to 48 hours to process cancellation.

What all products do not fall in Return and Refund category?

Some of the products which do not fall into Return and Refund category are: solar lights, candles, fragrance oils, paintings and customised/Personalised products. 

How long will it take to process a cancellation request?

Once we receive a cancellation request, it will take maximum 48 hours to cancel the order. You will be notified of the same.

In case your order has been "Shipped", we may take your cancellation request; however, we shall be able to process refund once we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.

If you opt for store credit as a refund, it will take 1-2 working days. You can use the amount for future purchases with us.

However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction,while we process the refund immediately and notify your bank, it usually takes up to 7-10 business days for your bank to process the refund and the same to reflect in your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.

 

What is the return procedure if I have received a Defective/Damaged product?

For security reasons we request all our customers to open the shipment in front of the Delivery Boy and check that you have received everything properly. Once the customer has accepted the delivery and/or signed off the receipt copy, we do not accept any liability for damaged item/s. In case there are visual damages on the packaging, please call our customer care executive at +91-9599506725 before accepting the consignment.
