 Does YesNo do replacements?

YesNo offers free replacement for most of the products sold by it.

If I find my package damaged or tampered, should I accept the package?

If the parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support and intimate the action immediately.

How do I know if ordering online is secure?

At YesNo.in protecting your information is a priority.With regard to overall security, we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of all data and information collected.

What can I return?

You may request returns for most items you buy from YesNo.in, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. For details of time frame for requesting returns please refer to our returns policy.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 4-6 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds in the form of cheques can take 12-15 business days to arrive via post. 

Do you deliver outside India?

YesNo is sure we would soon be able to cover many more countries but at present, we deliver only in India.

Do you charge sales tax?

The calculation of sales tax is based on applicable state and local taxes.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Rupay and American Express.

Can I change my billing address after the product has been placed?

You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.

Can a product be shipped to multiple addresses?

Each order is shipped only to a single address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

How can I find my exact dress size?

We have provided Size Charts for each category. Please refer to our “Size chart” section. You can convert your measurements into US, UK or European sizes.

How much YesNo charge for shipping the products?

Yes, there is a nominal charge for shipping the products and if you want express shipping for your products, we do charge for the same and we deliver the product as fast as humanly possible.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order status in the “My Account” section. Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, with the help of it, you can track on the respective courier’s website.

How much time does it take to deliver the product?

We deliver all over India, depending upon your location, it will take around 1-4 working days for your order to get delivered at your doorstep.
